Project: Wound Care Command Center at RPA Virtual Hospital
The project aimed to assess a component of the new digital wound model of care by investigating both patient and clinician experiences in its implementation at Sydney Local Health District.
The WCCC, located at RPA Virtual Hospital has been pioneering innovative approaches to wound care, with a focus on using digital technologies to improve patient outcomes and experiences. The Wound Care Command Centre along with RPA virtual hospital is doing a great job in working towards getting patients up and out of hospital and back into the comfort of their own homes, while still sustaining a high level of health care.
